RYAN BAISH has over 15 years of management consulting experience focusing on all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, from procurement strategy and solicitation development to vendor evaluation and negotiation planning.  Additionally, as a process expert, Ryan has led and implemented multiple process development and improvement initiatives for Public and Private sector clients. 

As a seasoned project manager, Ryan has designed, executed, and provided oversight to a breadth of engagements, including:

• ​A multi-year procurement management effort for a Commonwealth of Virginia agency, including facilitating all aspects of acquisition lifecycle and liaising with  statewide stakeholders and partners
• A process improvement and requirements gathering project for mortgage product development at a regional bank
• A functional requirements development and current-state analysis engagement focused on key Human Resources processes at a Commonwealth of Virginia agency
• A large-scale financial reconciliation on budget execution reports for a Department of Defense client

​During his downtime, Ryan enjoys golf, travelling with his family, and one day hopes to join the Competition Barbecue Circuit.
